Subscription Information
With our subscriptions, each month you will automatically receive your elected subscription. You will receive a confirmation email on your renewal date, and you can rest easy knowing your snacks are on their way to you!
The subscriptions will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can’t skip a month, but there is no penalty for canceling a current subscription.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! We won’t lock you into anything. If you want to make a change to your subscription, you can simply cancel the current version, and select the new one that you’d like! Whether it is electing the same delivery size with new flavors, bumping up to a larger subscription size, or moving to something smaller - we give you that flexibility without any penalties! We provide this flexibility because we want you to always have exactly what you want.
To make changes to your subscription, you have to cancel your current.
Changing your subscription
Log in to your account
Click My Account and then click subscriptions
Click on the subscription pack that you’d like to edit
Click cancel to stop our current subscription delivery
Select your desired subscription & subscription flavors and proceed to check out.
At this time you can keep your current payment method, or you can update it if you’d like! This will become your new renewal date.
Can I cancel my subscription without signing up for a new one?

Click on the subscription pack that you’d like to edit

Managing your subscription information
After logging in, click My account, and then click Subscriptions.
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click a subscription to view its details, including:
